Helping mission-driven organizations shape and sustain programs.

I work with nonprofits and higher education institutions to develop proposals, align teams, and move complex projects forward.

Bogged down?

The ideas are there but the capacity isn’t. Stakeholders need to get on the same page, fast. You have notes, past proposals, and evaluation data, but no clear through line—and the grant report is due next month. This is where I like to roll my sleeves up.

Services

Support for Programs and Proposals

  • Program strategy and development: Clarifying what you are building, defining scope, and connecting ideas to funder priorities

  • Stakeholder alignment and narrative clarity: Bringing teams onto the same page and developing a clear, shared account of the work

  • Proposal and report development: Organizing content, shaping arguments, and moving proposals and reports to completion

Clarity on a Deadline

  • When timelines are tight, I provide rapid support across the grant cycle to identify opportunities, coordinate inputs, and move proposals and reports to submission.

  • I work with your team to synthesize existing materials and structure funder-facing documents so opportunities and deadlines don’t pass you by.

About

I work across universities, community colleges, and nonprofit organizations. Drawing on over a decade teaching humanities at Harvard College and six years on staff at Harvard Medical School, I help teams navigate complex questions and articulate their impact clearly. This includes fellowship programs, public humanities initiatives, and work expanding educational access for currently and formerly incarcerated people.
